Mix the dry powder with equal parts of water, active yogurt, or apple cider vinegar to create a paste. When mixing, avoid the use of metal.
Apply to clean damp skin. Massage in circular motions. Allow the formula to penetrate the skin for 10-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
For sensitive skins, remove after massaging.
Use once a week or as needed.
