Bath: Add one to three spoons to warm bathwater. Allow salts to dissolve. Soak in the tub for at least 20 minutes - Caution upon exit as the surface may be slippery.
Hand/Foot: Add one to two scoops of Hawaiian Soaking Salts to warm water into a large container. Allow salts to dissolve, enjoy.
